They gave great suggestions for improvement, … More and were timely in all communication. They also completed the project quickly and just in time for summer! We could not be happier with the results of our stamped concrete patio, as well as the drainage systems and utility areas that were created, and we are incredibly happy to have worked with such a professional team! Our once empty backyard is now coming to life!

  Dr Dan’s Landscaping recently completed several projects at my home, which included a 10x16 shed, a large stamped concrete patio, two dry wells, a grill station, and new fence gate. The subcontractors used to build the shed were very … More efficient and completed their work in 2 days, their work was made easier by material precut at their facility reducing the time needed onsite. The grill station was built by a separate subcontractor who Dr Dan uses (Jay), his work was superior and of high quality. The 2 dry wells were dug out and completed before the patio install which has helped with drainage, the crew completed their work in near 100 degree weather but were very efficient and quick workers.
  Project management and communication could have been better at times, but the short or no notice of work crew arrival times were made easier with me being retired and at home most days. Like everyone else, Dr Dan’s company and the subcontractors continue to suffer with short handed and often unreliable staff and that influenced some of the delays.

  Honestly, at first, I was just trying to find a company to replace most of my small backyard with stamped concrete as well as my little walkway to the front door. I called several companies and had some people come over and give quotes … More or after measuring would say they would email or call back with a quote. No one ever got back with us. I started to get a feeling that all the companies I talked to didn't want to do the job. Maybe because I live in a townhome and transporting concrete to the back yard via a small grass alleyway was too much. I don't know; all I know is that I was getting annoyed with no one getting back with me. Anyways, Dr. Dan's was the only company that we contacted that established communication after surveying/measuring. Within a few days after calling them they came over to inspect and measure and talk. I was just relieved I found a company that was willing to do the job. They were very professional and did everything promptly. Dan himself came several times to oversee the project. It honestly came out beautifully. Despite a couple of small minor imperfections, I still think it was worth every penny. I will go back to them for any future hardscape/landscaping work.
